what else is out there
These pages are written by the person who makes RestUp, so read them with that in mind. Every fact about another product links to that product's own site or App Store listing, with the date it was checked, and where a competitor is the better fit we say so.
- RestUp vs AthlyticTwo on-device recovery apps with no account and different temperaments: training-first versus rest-first.
- RestUp vs BevelA broad health dashboard with a free tier versus one plain answer each morning, from the same watch data.
- RestUp vs WhoopA band and a membership versus the watch you already own. Where the two overlap and where they do not.
- RestUp vs OuraA ring with a cloud account and a membership versus on-device readiness from the watch you already wear.
- Whoop alternatives for Apple WatchIf you own an Apple Watch and want recovery without a second wearable, these are the realistic options.
How these comparisons are written
Each page checks the other product’s own website, help centre and US App Store listing on the date shown, and says “not found” rather than guessing when a feature is not documented. RestUp’s side comes from its scoring code and its privacy policy. Every page ends with a plain answer to who should pick which, including when the answer is not RestUp.
If you own an Apple Watch Series 12 or Ultra 4, compare against Apple’s own score too: the Apple Watch Readiness guide covers what it does and leaves out.
